At a very young age, Dream Kid Tanner has already been through so much. Tanner was diagnosed with congenital sideroblastic anemia when he was six months old. He had blood transfusions every month of his life until he was 7. But this never stopped his outgoing, fun, silly personality from shining through!

Dream Kid Beckett is a bright, fun-loving 13-year-old living with cystic fibrosis. Though he has battled through many health challenges and hundreds of medical procedures, Beckett has had something to look forward to over the past few years - a Dream trip to Australia, where he could snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef and dive with sharks!
