Andrew Kussy - executive director

What is your favourite thing about working at The Dream Factory?

It’s hard to beat the moment when a child learns that their Dream is going to come true! I’m also so proud of the way The Dream Factory supports families before and after their child’s Dream to create a really special community. Beyond that, I love sharing our stories with our incredible community of support and working alongside them to bring Dreams to Life!

I get to be a “Fairy Godmother” every day and create magical experiences for the incredible families we meet. Giving them the opportunity to pause and cherish time together is an honour - by making BIG dreams happen, they get to enjoy the little things in life. Each child comes to us with unique stories, backgrounds, hopes, and dreams and I am thrilled to be waving my magic wand to make it all happen.
