April 2022 - The Dream Maker Auction is BACK!
April was a whirlwind here at The Dream Factory! Our flagship event - the Dream Maker Auction presented by Gauthier Automotive Group - was FINALLY able to take place in-person again, a fun new initiative kicked off, and we received an update on sweet Dream Kid Anna! Read on for all the details!
After 2+ long years, the Dream Maker Auction came back - and it was our best year to date! This year’s auction broke a record here at The Dream Factory, raising over $700,000 to make more Dreams come true for sick kids here in Manitoba!
There are NO words for how grateful we are to everyone who supported the RECORD-BREAKING 2022 Dream Maker Auction 💙 After a few difficult years with no in-person Dream Maker Auction, we came back stronger than ever. This would not have been possible without YOU, our magical Dream Community ⭐☁️
Events like this are a true team effort in every sense, and we are so appreciative that our community stuck together and helped ensure more dreams can come true for kids right here in Manitoba.

Fun new initiative alert!
Our friends at Realty Executives First Choice have come up with an extremely unique fundraiser for Dream Kids! They’ve had a beautiful custom playhouse built and they are raffling it off to help make more Dreams come true for sick kids here in Manitoba!
This incredible playhouse is worth $13,000 - wow! Tickets to win this amazing prize can be purchased, here!

Dream Kid update - Anna!

"Anna recently changed schools and won an award at her new school – her first award ever! She was awarded the ‘Shark Award for Grade 6’ for spreading joy and laughter to all staff and students by giggling and smiling. We are so proud of her!
We also got a new puppy that loves taking care of Anna and her sisters. They have become fast friends! Anna has been doing amazing and we can’t wait for her Dream to come true, soon!"

Meet a Dream Maker: École R.W. Bobby Bend School
École R.W. Bobby Bend School has been supporting The Dream Factory through our school-based programs for nearly 20 years! We could not be more appreciative to all of the staff and students who spent time and energy this month focused on making a difference for kids in our community fighting some tough battles.
We were so touched to receive a photo of this year’s "kindness tree" from the staff and students at École R.W. Bobby Bend School, who hosted their annual "Wear Green for A Dream Day" and raised nearly $400 - and to date have raised nearly $8000!
