Volunteer at The Dream Factory

At The Dream Factory, our volunteers are the heart of our mission. By giving your time and talents, you will play an important role in creating unforgettable experiences for children in Manitoba facing life-threatening illnesses.

Event support

Volunteer at our fundraising events, like the Dream Maker Auction (April) and the Josh Morrissey Classic (September), and other community events year-round.

Office support

Join us in-office or remotely to support key tasks with admin, data entry, donor appreciation, and event prep for Dream Kids and their families.

Dreamer support

Help create some Dream Factory magic by organizing, hosting, and helping with unique experiences for Dream Kids, their families, and the community.

Interview with us

After receiving your application, we’ll reach out to arrange a brief interview to discuss your interests, availability, and how you can make a difference.

Screening

To ensure the safety of our Dream Kids, all volunteers undergo applicable background checks and any necessary additional screening procedures.

Join our orientation

Once screening is complete, you’ll be invited to orientation to learn about The Dream Factory, explore volunteer roles, and start helping bring dreams to life.
